Part 2: FRIENDS WITH(OUT) BENEFIT

November 2012

Crowded situation in XII IPA 1 is so noisy when there’s no lesson. Every students speaks loudly, include Jasmine. This senior student seems has forgotten her sadness of letting her boyfriend to study in another town.

“Let’s do something fun,” said Jasmine with happy.

“Like?” said Colins.

“What will we play?” said others.

“You’re not creative. Something fun,” said Tia loudly.

“Maybe you don’t have idea too,” said Ryan.

“Okay, how about playing bridge? Hahaha,” said Jasmine cool.

“How if we play Truth or Dare?, said Hen in the corner of class with his gadget.

“Okay, let’s play.” Colin said.

Every students more enthusiastic with Hen’s idea. Truth or dare is a game when someone who lose, will get change to choose truth or dare. If truth, they have to tell the truth from every question that has given by others. If they choose dare, they have to do something that asked by others.

Everyone has agree, they take their fortune seat position. But, not all the member of class joins this game. There are some people who will lose in this game, include Jasmine.

“You don’t join, Jas?” asked Hen.

“No, I think I’ll lose if I join this game, “said Jasmine in laughter.

“Do you afraid, Jas?” said Kartika.

“You guys play first, I’ll join if it’s more interesting,” said Jasmine.

This game has started. They spanned the eraser with singing “potong bebek angsa”. The first spinning, stopped in Kartika.

“Hahaha.. you lose, what will you choose? Truth or dare?” asked Tia.

“I’m not ready yet,”  Kartika said with defense.

“Okay, what will you choose?” said Hen.

“I’ll choose dare,” said Kartika.

“Hahahaha..” everyone laughing, include Jasmine.

“You have to take a picture in the field with a ball. But you can’t touch it.”

“Are you crazy?” defense Kartika.

“Okay, it’s good idea,” said Tia.

“Just do it, moreover we are the senior. They will be afraid with you,” said Jasmine.

“You are really crazy guys,” said Tika while she is going to do the challenge.

Everyone was watching Kartika who is doing something strange. They were laughing. That’s the happiness and togetherness in school. After watching that’s more interesting, Jasmine joined in this game. She got eraser in her first play.

“Hahaha you got it, Jas,” said Hen happy.

“I think, it has arranged for me,” said Jasmine.

“It’s wasting our time to arrange this for you,” said Colin.

“Okay, I will choose truth. Because, as I see this game, your demand is so crazy to do,” said Jasmine cool.

“We want you to answer the question with honest,” said Tia.

“I think it’s not interesting anymore, it’s too easy for Jasmine,” said Tika.

“Okay, it’s better I choose dare,” said Jasmine.

“How about you choose both, truth and dare,” said Tia.

“Okay,” Jasmine said.

Jasmine has been through three years with Jason. She doesn’t have interesting story with another boy in her class. So, they thought that truth will be easy for her. Finally, everyone gave her challenge to Jasmine.

“Your challenge is… please, call Jason now, and say you miss him, love him, and give him kiss phone in front of us,” said Colin.

“I think, it is good idea,” everyone agree with Colin’s idea.

“I’m too shy to do that in front of you. Moreover, Jason has a lot of activities,” said Jasmine.

Suddenly, Jasmine’s phone was ringing. Jason sent her a message, and it was seen by her friends.

“It seems Jason has done with his activities. Let’s do our challenge, call him,” said Tia.

“Really, it’s too shy,” said Jasmine.

“Give me your phone,” said Tika while taking her phone.

Tut tut tut… Jason answered the phone.

“Hi, hun,” Jason said in another line.

“Hi, hun. Have you finished your duty? I miss you much, I love you so much. Don’t see another girl, just look at me, mwaah (kiss phone),” said Jasmine while turning off her calling.

Her friends were laughing see Jasmine did her challenge. That’s the memories in senior high school, they can be annoying, but they will be friends. As we see their friendship.
